Practical information

The workshop attendees are kindly invited to register at the Workshop Conference Hall.

The registration includes the delivery of the badge and of a summary of the most basic practical information:

- website of the workshop programme;

- phone numbers for urgent calls;

- dress code;

- hours for breakfast, lunch, dinner and their locations;

- procedure for application to participate in the complimentary sightseeing.

The registration hours will be:

® Sunday, June 23^rd

· from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

® Monday, June 24^th

· from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Attendees are advised to register on Sunday evening in order to avoid to be involved in a long queue on Monday morning.

Internet connection

Wireless internet connection is available in the Main Hotel building, in its close surrounding area, and in the Conference Hall area (first and second level).

For internet service in the rooms without wi-fi, a cable connection can be requested at the hotel reception.

Notices

Lunch is normally served at the Hotel’s restaurant by the sea. Those who wish to have lunch at the Hotel Main Restaurant are kindly requested to notify the Reception at breakfast time.

Please note that the Direction of the Hotel kindly requests gentlemen to wear trousers at dinner at the Restaurant.
